“Really good quality rucksack / handbag. At first I thought it would be too small, I would have liked a pocket on the back but then I discovered I could slip things behind the front pocket. Love it.”

“When I ordered this bag thinking that it would have a zip in the main compartment to secure my belongings, when the bag arrived I didn’t like it. The website didn’t have proper pictures in details showing what it would look once opened. I didn’t feel secured so I sent the back back and I am still waiting for my refund. It’s already been more than 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund back. Will not be buying from this website anymore.”

“Customer service could do with some work. I didn’t receive any communication/updates about delivery and return, although I did receive my refund. The quality of the product was quite poor in addition to what smelt like fumes coming from the product.”
