“Hi my husband bought this handbag for me for Christmas unfortunately the zip on the handbag is not satisfactory it is difficult to zip up and often opens, I have looked at it and actually the zip is not the right size for the bag as it actually starts inside the bag, and it often gets stuck so difficult to zip up it’s hard to explain, so I am quite disappointed with it, although I like the size of the bag, but for the price I would expect a better zip and one that works. Please advise. Thank you. Janet Wilson”

“1st I adore my bag. It is a work of useful art. My experience with Assots was 1st class from start to finish. PO caused a wee issue and Assots stepped in smoothed it out and I remained a calm, satisfied happy, happy customer.
