I was a bit disappointed when I received the parcel at the state it was in, fair enough I got it in the sale at half price, but it was still a significant amount of money to warrant sturdier packaging, I would have been very unimpressed if I'd paid full price and it arrived like this, there was also what looked like glue on the bottom corner which I needed to remove. It was a birthday present and the recipient liked the bag, but I'm not sure I would purchase again.
