“I was a bit disappointed when I received the parcel at the state it was in, fair enough I got it in the sale at half price, but it was still a significant amount of money to warrant sturdier packaging, I would have been very unimpressed if I'd paid full price and it arrived like this, there was also what looked like glue on the bottom corner which I needed to remove. It was a birthday present and the recipient liked the bag, but I'm not sure I would purchase again.”

“The quality was very good but I disliked how wide the strsp was. It felt too chunky so reluctantly I had to return. However, I wld certainly consider them again. Refund was very prompt.”

“It would have been 5 star if my bag had arrived as described and shown online. However after contacting customer services I was told the bag is no longer manufactured with the robin charm. As this is known it really should be made clear at the point of purchase. I have however kept the bag as I liked the size, colour and the leather but instead of loving it, it’s just ok. I’ve got to say I will think twice about ordering from this company again online as I can’t trust the description given.”

“I had given you a 5 stars for this beautiful leather rucksack! After sending you an email 10 days ago, 4.1.2023 and a photo, I.m VERY disappointed as I haven't received any emails to solve this issue [1 of the straps has come off ] and I CANNOT use my bag! What are my options.? It.s not my 1st purchase with you. Hope to hear from you very soon. Yours sincerely C. Leschot Moore”

“I ordered this laptop bag for Christmas gift it arrived on time ,however the bag was not the same size as described on the website therefore did not fit On emailing company they did respond promptly and I did get a full refund on the bag but you do have to pay for your returns and as this was advertised incorrectly I think I should have had my postage refunded too”

“Returns policy is not great that customer needs to pay postage and send receipt to claim back, would be much better if you supplied prepaid returns labels like most companies.”

“I was very disappointed with the bag. It looks cheap and the way it was packaged means the strap is permanently folded. I was too busy to get round to returning it! Such a shame as it looked great in the pictures.”

“First order was “sold out”? I settled for the black not burgundy, but my main complaint is the backpack carrying handle is poor quality very thin leather and will snap in no time at all. Disappointing because the body of the bag is good quantity. Disappointed in my first order experience.”
