“I like the product but it is more of a brown than the tan colour I was expecting. Not exactly what I thought it would look like but overall the bag is nice.”

“I did not like the shoulder strap. It is too small. I was expecting it to be biger.i wanted to return in but was traveling out. I havent used it hope i can return it”

“The delivery was prompt and the product acceptable, for the costs involved. However, during the ordering process, I was astounded to be asked to make a further monetary 'contribution' to the staff of the business. There was no evidence that such a contribution is being administered by the directors, for staff welfare. This distasteful and rather cynical action prompted further consideration, after which I will not patronise this organisation again.”

“I was abit disappointed as the zip doesn't go across smoothly really and I had never had a leather bag ever before and was quite excited when purchasing as a lot of money for me...too late to send back now as used hoping it would sort itself out after awhile but hasn't..”

“Very oddly shaped at the top of the bag. The leather is soft & anything put in it will mis-shape it so unfortunately although it looks nice in the pictures it isn't practical to use. Disappointing.”
