I ordered this laptop bag for Christmas gift
it arrived on time ,however the bag was not the same size as described on the website therefore did not fit
On emailing company they did respond promptly and I did get a full refund on the bag but you do have to pay for your returns and as this was advertised incorrectly I think I should have had my postage refunded too
