It would have been 5 star if my bag had arrived as described and shown online. However after contacting customer services I was told the bag is no longer manufactured with the robin charm. As this is known it really should be made clear at the point of purchase. I have however kept the bag as I liked the size, colour and the leather but instead of loving it, it’s just ok. I’ve got to say I will think twice about ordering from this company again online as I can’t trust the description given.
