“A bit unhappy as the colour was not what I wanted when I got in touch with Assots they said, due to the naked nature of this leather type, there is a lot of variation in the grey colour. Some are light while others are darker. Please advise whether you wish to return the item and we would be happy to process your refund once we receive your return but you would have to pay for sending this back themselves”

“They need to wrap in bubble wrap or something. It was just bunged in an envelope so doesn't give the impression that the company cares about its products.”

“Excellent speedy delivery service, but bag not the quality I’d hoped for. The leather feels thin and somewhat ‘harsh’ rather than being something that will improve with age, becoming softer and more polished, it feels more like it will fall apart with wear. Sorry, as I’ve had good products from Assots before… maybe because this isn’t ’Assots’ branded?”

“I recently bought the Agatha vintage VT real leather cross body bag online. The order went through very smoothly. However, just one point I'd like to make is that I ordered the 'Distressed Grey' and it wasn't remotely grey but more of a taupe or oatmeal colour. I checked the label thinking there must have been an error but it did state 'Distressed Grey'. I'm keeping it because I really like the design of the bag and can use it.”

“I was a bit disappointed when I received the parcel at the state it was in, fair enough I got it in the sale at half price, but it was still a significant amount of money to warrant sturdier packaging, I would have been very unimpressed if I'd paid full price and it arrived like this, there was also what looked like glue on the bottom corner which I needed to remove. It was a birthday present and the recipient liked the bag, but I'm not sure I would purchase again.”

“The quality was very good but I disliked how wide the strsp was. It felt too chunky so reluctantly I had to return. However, I wld certainly consider them again. Refund was very prompt.”

“It would have been 5 star if my bag had arrived as described and shown online. However after contacting customer services I was told the bag is no longer manufactured with the robin charm. As this is known it really should be made clear at the point of purchase. I have however kept the bag as I liked the size, colour and the leather but instead of loving it, it’s just ok. I’ve got to say I will think twice about ordering from this company again online as I can’t trust the description given.”
