“First order was “sold out”? I settled for the black not burgundy, but my main complaint is the backpack carrying handle is poor quality very thin leather and will snap in no time at all. Disappointing because the body of the bag is good quantity. Disappointed in my first order experience.”

“The delivery was prompt and the product acceptable, for the costs involved. However, during the ordering process, I was astounded to be asked to make a further monetary 'contribution' to the staff of the business. There was no evidence that such a contribution is being administered by the directors, for staff welfare. This distasteful and rather cynical action prompted further consideration, after which I will not patronise this organisation again.”

“I was abit disappointed as the zip doesn't go across smoothly really and I had never had a leather bag ever before and was quite excited when purchasing as a lot of money for me...too late to send back now as used hoping it would sort itself out after awhile but hasn't..”

“Very oddly shaped at the top of the bag. The leather is soft & anything put in it will mis-shape it so unfortunately although it looks nice in the pictures it isn't practical to use. Disappointing.”
