“Look lovely, bit of a nightmare to fit according to our joiner. Little bit gappy at top which i didn’t expect but cant be helped due to fittings apparently”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and for submitting your photo. We're really glad to hear you're happy with how your doors look. From your photo, it appears that your joiner hasn't used the framework supplied with the door set, which is why you have the gaps at the top. There are cover fascias supplied with the set as part of the frame pack that cover the track from both sides and close up the gaps, and unfortunately these haven't been fitted. The shootbolts themselves also aren't the ones supplied with your product, so it seems like other items have been used on site instead of the ones provided. If you'd like to get in touch then we can advise on how to resolve the issue with the missing cover fascias. All the best, The Aspire team

“Bought these doors to have a little bit of separation from dining to living room. Decided to bite the bullet and fit ourselves rather then getting a professional in. We have a decent amount of DIY skills so attempted to fit them. Had to improvise and build a frame as we had higher ceiling. Wasn't too difficult, but instructions were little bit confusing but then I guess its for professional joiners not the average DIYer. Overall cant complain. Looks beautiful and feels good quality. Would recommend as worth the price.”

“Excellent product however fitting nstructions could be in larger print to make installation easier. Also why 13mm latch rather than standard 12 or 14mm. Had to go and get a drill bit especially to fit it.”

“The quality of the doors was great, there was an issue with the glass panels being manufactured wrong and this took a few attempts to get right but eventually it was resolved which is why this isn't a 5 star review.”

“My only critique on the doors (4 panel glass internal) is the bottom rail should be bigger than the top. The top rail and styles are 90mm/100mm the bottom rail should be 170 or 200. If anything needs to be trimmed you’re snookered”

“These Bifold doors are of really good quality and I'm very happy with the way they look. Delivery was quick and service great, my only points to note after fitting is that they come with a standard oversized frame in oak regardless of the size or colour of the door. As my door is white I am struggling to paint inside the frame now it is fitted, and obviously to paint once cut to size would have made the job take longer and cost more. Also the free handles offered are lovely but not suitable for bifolds as it means the doors wouldn't fold back properly. The handles needed to be either recessed or much smaller to ensure the benefits of folding the door back neatly aren't lost.”

“Ordering and delivery were easy and accurate, unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect however i called customer service and they had a replacement item delivered within 3 hours. That's excellent service.”

“Very pleased that Aspire could arrange delivery to suit my needs. One door arrived damaged, by delivery company, but by phoning Aspires parent company a replacement was supplied same day coming from Essex to Hampshire south coast. Excellent service. I would have liked doors to have had regular set in hinges rather than skeleton type screwed to surface, they tend to make the doors look cheap rather than professional hence 4 not 5 stars”

“Doors ordered Monday, arrived Saturday. We knew the size ordered wouldn’t fit the space but our fantastic joiner fitted them and constructed a matching fanlight to fill up the space. It looks amazing. He did however comment that there was only half a set of instructions so he had to work a lot of it out for himself. Very pleased with the product”

“Ordering from the website was extremely straightforward. Accurate, detailed description of the product was very helpful in the decision process. The delivery was prompt with great liaison with the builder re timings. The 3 fold door has only just been fitted and according to our builder it was relatively easy. Really useful that it came with all fixtures. One less thing to have to think about. The door looks really smart in situ. Too early to comment on how easy it is to open & close as we are yet to move back in to the property but all looks promising. Thank you Aspire!”
