“Ordering and delivery were easy and accurate, unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect however i called customer service and they had a replacement item delivered within 3 hours. That's excellent service.”

“Very pleased that Aspire could arrange delivery to suit my needs. One door arrived damaged, by delivery company, but by phoning Aspires parent company a replacement was supplied same day coming from Essex to Hampshire south coast. Excellent service. I would have liked doors to have had regular set in hinges rather than skeleton type screwed to surface, they tend to make the doors look cheap rather than professional hence 4 not 5 stars”

“Doors ordered Monday, arrived Saturday. We knew the size ordered wouldn’t fit the space but our fantastic joiner fitted them and constructed a matching fanlight to fill up the space. It looks amazing. He did however comment that there was only half a set of instructions so he had to work a lot of it out for himself. Very pleased with the product”

“Ordering from the website was extremely straightforward. Accurate, detailed description of the product was very helpful in the decision process. The delivery was prompt with great liaison with the builder re timings. The 3 fold door has only just been fitted and according to our builder it was relatively easy. Really useful that it came with all fixtures. One less thing to have to think about. The door looks really smart in situ. Too early to comment on how easy it is to open & close as we are yet to move back in to the property but all looks promising. Thank you Aspire!”

“Doors, delivery and service all fantastic would happily recommend. The instructions for fitting the bi-folds were terrible and took my very experienced joiner a long time to understand. They do look great now they are fitted.”

“Fitted a 3 door internal bifold for a customer recently. Easy to fit and looks brilliant. Although if installing over anything but carpet, take about an inch off the frame legs as the measurements they provide gave a bit too much of a gap underneath the doors it was a struggle to get the shoot bolt to work. Also a longer bolt which the doors hang off would be helpful as trying to drop the doors down and get rid of the inch gap the bolts aren't long enough to screw all the way into the runners. Apart from that for the price they are perfect! Very fast delivery also!”

“the doors and furniture that come with it are good quality and we're happy with them. there is a small gap between the doors when closed which could do with some sort of brush strip to help soundproofing. the door handle on the inside also prevents the doors folding back flush, so could do with a flat knob instead of handle.”

“Loved the design - adds class the living area. Doors seems a little too heavy for the hinges so have had to adjust it a number of times to keep the door level.”

“We LOVE our new doors. Delivery was quick and easy and they look really effective. Customer service has been great when asking questions they were very responsive. The only thing limiting the 5 stars is that some parts came slightly warped and there has been a few imperfections that the carpenter had to work around such as the small bend in the parts this hasn’t really effected the overall visual of the doors as you can see from the photos. They are very smooth, Overall very happy with the product.”

“We really like the doors, however, they don't fold back as flat as they could due to door handle, perhaps another option could be offered. Also, when folding back, due to door handle, the door iteself which is being folded back on gets marked by the handle. Finally, there is some differentiation from the picture of the doors online, as it shows the doors folding back onto the architrave, this is not possible as the architrave creates a wedge between the door and the wall so it can't fold back flat. In short, the doors are nice but they don't fold back flat as show in the imagery online.”

Hi Ceri, Thank you for taking the time to write your review! We're really glad that you like the doors, but we are of course sorry to hear about the sticking points you mentioned. Page 6 of the installation instructions informs your installer how to install the doors and frame to factor in architrave if it's being used. If this step hasn't been taken into account, then it will result in the "wedge" that you are unfortunately experiencing. When architrave is being used, the frame has to be positioned slightly further forward to allow the doors to fold 180 degrees around it, and sit back flat against the return wall.
