“I ordered some French bifold doors which came in a matter of days which was brilliant. But on opening plastic noticed that the actual doors had no markings or holes ready for locating the hinges which I was slightly surprised at. However I have a man that’s going to hang the French bifold doors for me.”

“Good value for money - not easy to fit, fortunately the builders did it but they spent a lot of time pouring over the instructions. Looks nice now that it's up.”

“Lots to like about the bi-fold door sets, but not so good , dubious tech advice from Aspire, unseemly filler but most serious,door lock set not in-line with pre machined handle spindle hole , which meant I had to raise the heights of three holes to match door lock set and the ones on the keep plates on frame jam, not a difficult job but annoying ...,,!!”

“The Aspire door looks great, now that it is fully in place. It took a good deal of fine adjustment to get it fully lined up. We had it professionally fitted by a craftsman/builder. Even now, one of the security bolts will not make it through the metal surround plate, so that has been slightly modified, to make things fit. The whole thing is plumb in every direction but the rubber sealing bands are very restrictive. The tolerances on the security pins and their slots could be increased without compromising anything. There also seem to be excessive amounts of spacers and vast numbers of screws of many different sizes. The whole assembly process could surely be simplified?”

“I ordered a second set of bi-fold oak doors and I received them promptly as advised. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the frame. I was very impressed with the customer services response when I reported it to them. The issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. This customer services response is in complete contrast to some recent experiences I’ve had with other company’s customer services, including ones from well known retailers. Well done, I’d certainly recommend this company based on my experience.”

Hi Iga, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy on this occasion. I can see that Izzy emailed you on the 14th June to advise you of the temporary units that were being delivered due to imperfections noticed on the glass during the QA check, so you were advised of this prior to delivery. As your delivery was scheduled for the next day, rather than hold up your installation, we delivered the units as they were so you could get the doorset installed, with the re-make units already on order. As we have not had a response to our email, nor can we trace any further phone calls from you, we would assume all is okay, but if you have incurred additional charges due to this then of please get in touch and speak to a memebr of the team who would be more than happy to look into this for you. “Would have given 5 stars, but I found the instructions and illustrations on the hinge configuration could be clearer, especially the illustration, I feel they could have enlarged. I would also suggest a pad be supplied with doors to stop handle banging wood and causing damage, see pictures.”

“We love our doors, and the kits were largely comprehensive. They seemed a little lacking in fittings so we ensined up biting flush fittings for the reverse side of the bifold.”

“I’ve still got houseworks in progress but so far the doors are looking really really nice. Just one suggestion would be to have flush bolts both above and below so as to stop the doors shaking at the lower level.”

Hi Mohammed, Thank you for taking the time to write us your review! We're really glad to hear that you're happy with how your new bifolds look. The installation instructions for your set actually show that the shootbolt is supposed to be fitted at the bottom of the doors (not the top), which is why you'll have some slight instability at the bottom when the doors are fully shut. “Second time I’ve bought off Aspire and they give excellent service,price and quality . One of the Tenons had snapped off the upright but I didn’t have time to return so done a repair job.”

“Just fitted these bi folds and very good quality and all parts present and correct Door jambs didn’t have rebated check but they did supply a door stop I’m a joiner so took me 1 1/2 hrs from start to finish , doors work a treat , great price and delivered when said Will defo use again”

“Happy with the doors. Could have done with one more slide bolt for the top to stop the rattle and would have been nice to be told the day they were coming but other than that really good. Nice smooth action doors.”

The doors and frame you bought from us are white primed in the same primer to be painted with your chosen top coat colour, but can you please send us some photos to show the colour difference between the primer on the doors and frame?
