“Great service - quick delivery, and visually very well finished doors and parts. Badly let down by poorly printed, partially illegible instructions that are in places either dimensionally wrong and/or a few parts are made to wrong dimensions. Having fitted the frame, measured to match instructions and fitted the doors, I didn't expect to discover, (a) the slide mechanism in the top channel adjustment collides with the heads of the specified bolts/screws that fix the track (even prior to adjustment) and (b) the doors were about 10mm short of the frame aperture. I'm guessing each of the 3 doors in the set was 3mm+ under correct width - can't confirm as no dims. in instructions. Given I was fitting at a weekend and had already stuck the frame in not much opportunity to contact help. Got around this by a lot of swearing, shifting the whole set over to the lock side and packing the gap left at the hinge side. As for the colliding bolt heads - re-fit smaller size bolts, saw, angle grind off colliding metal and further swearing did the trick. Apart from these problems, very straightforward! The doors now look and function really well, but I really would recommend checking sizes and improving those instructions.”

“Reviewed these doors about a month ago saying how great they were and such good value but I still had a bit of making good to do, now they are finished I thought I would add a photo of the finished project, I added a handle to the other door to match the opener and I think they look great, also the second handle keeps the mucky hand prints off of my lovely white finish”

“Worst experience of my life. I wish I didn’t come across this company. The doors don’t fit my living room and also my builder said the quality of them isn’t fantastic which means they won’t hold much heat so want to return them however the company are charging me £132 to return them, so unfair!”

Hi Sabba, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we are of course sorry to hear how you feel. In the event of a customer wanting to return their doors when there is no issue with the product, then we have to deduct the haulage costs involved from the eventual refund. Doors are large items, and are therefore relatively costly to deliver and return. We cannot carry the cost of a customer changing their mind on an item, as we would be left out of pocket for something beyond our control. All of this is explained in the FAQ section of our website which is available to view before you buy from us. With regards to your builder's comments, this is because you purchased internal doors from us to go between your living room and your conservatory, when British building regulations require you to have an external grade set in that type of opening. While we of course want all of our customers to be happy with their experience with us, we cannot reasonably be expected to bear the returns costs involved if a customer orders an internal door set for an opening that required an external set. “Ordered the doors on a Monday after discussing my situation with Izzy Cooper who was very helpful and knowledgeable, they were delivered on Thursday by a very helpful driver, instructions easy to follow. Still have a bit of making good around the door frame but they look fantastic, for the price I paid I think they are excellent value, very happy”

“Good value product considering the niche size I required (3-leaf 6' opening). Delivery arrived at 9.30pm. No fixings supplied for the frame. Fitting the doors required various exotic tools including 24mm and 17mm flat router bits which I couldn't find for sale anywhere (at least not with a 1/4" collet). Instructions confusingly changed the layout geometry in each illustration requiring a lot of interpretation for a novice. No indication of which of the supplied fixings to use where. Some mismatch between instructions and included fixtures. Overall a nice product but difficult to install without professional tools and experience.”

“Excellent quality doors - perfect for what I needed. Everything was included making installation easy. They were delivered the day after the order and I was telephoned to be advised of the delivery time, and called again when they were 30 minutes away. 5 star quality, 5 star service.”

“Ordered 4 panel doors in white, Took 2 days for 2 fitters to install due to the alignment issues with side panels. Had to add additional framing + Top Foam to hold the weight of doors + Holes in tiled floor for side panels. Was it worth in the end? Absolutely not when the doors were hanging in the air with delicate magnet hinges and magnet door lock! I always worried that 1 day these magnet hinges holding the doors from the top frame will come off. One of the door panel almost crushed my little boy as the door fell on him, luckily I had Sofas close by so the door fell onto the sofa. only 1 panel is broken with 2-3 broken tiles. I'm just glad that door didn't fall on my child. Lost £600 on doors + 2days Labour cost + Add on items + damaged flooring”

“The doors themselves with the fixings are very good quality, smooth run on the runner, so for that I would say they are 5*. The main gripe I would say would be the the instruction manual isn’t very clear & could do with updating.”

“I ordered the 3 bifold internal doors, they look great except you need a carpenter to install as no markings and comes as a kit, the instructions are not clear and definitely glueing the top strip to hold the heavy doors dropped and had to be redone.”

“I’ve been a joiner for 27 years trained in a workshop and working on site. In my opinion this kit could be a lot simpler for the installer. Nothing is pre drilled, they don’t supply screws for putting the frame together and expect cover beads to be fixed using only grip adhesive (not supplied). Grip adhesive is good but not that good. They look good when installed by a professional but I wouldn’t recommend a diyer having a go. Also if you want the rest of your doors in the house to match they don’t do 2ft9 doors which is a building regulation on ground floor doors.”
