“Excellent telephone service when ordering. Excellent customer service and speed of delivery. I love the doors and the competitive price. This would have been a 5 star review but I know my experienced carpenter struggled with the fitting of these doors.”

“We bought 5 panel Vision finished doors. We are very happy with the product and they look great in our new extension. They were delivered on time. The company were very helpful in choosing the correct product for us and also helped with hardware for an existing bifold.”

“Only just recieved order. Doors look good quality and delivery was excellent. Just a word of warning as I don't think it's very clear. As it's a comes in kit form and the importance of a square opening within tolerance is stressed, I thought it would come pre drilled. It doesn't. It requires marking out ,drilling and parts routering It's just 3 doors off the shelf and abox of bits and hinges and a track system . It all looks very good quality but not sure most diyers would be confident fitting them.”

All of our internal bifolds come in a kit form, and due to the reversible nature of the product the doors cannot be pre-drilled. We would always recommend that our customers use a professional builder or joiner to fit their product, as door set installation is not a standard DIY job. “Very pleased with our french doors. Would have been 5 stars but the door lock wasn't the best fit...could have been deeper. Otherwise very good all round and we would recommend. Thanks”

Hi, We're always sorry to hear frustration from a customer, but unfortunately as a business we cannot cover the costs of order errors that were not of our making. We add no profit margin onto haulage, so the £99 charge you were informed of is the amount involved in getting our courier to perform the swap over. While our refund policy states payments can take up to 30 days to process (like most refund policies), this is of course an absolute maximum; the vast majority of refund payments are made well within this time frame. With regards to the instructions, a digital version was immediately emailed to your builder as soon as he notified us that he could not find a hard copy. While we always value feedback from our customers, a one star review of our company does not seem reasonable given why a swap over was required. Kind regards, The Aspire Team

“The doors were delivered slightly later than forecast but that was due to a breakdown. They seem to be of very good quality and all went together well. The only concern I have is how glazing is replaced if it becomes cracked or broken as it seems to be moulded into the door and can’t be removed without wrecking the door.”

“Delivery within 7 calander days. When it comes to the pages showing the hanging arrangement, it should state "this is indicative - go ti next stage". The way the instructions are laid out (step by step) these diagramatic pages sit between these step by step instructions, leading the reader to believe that they must put the hinges on at that stage. Other than that....Great product and easy to install”

“The quality of the doors and their fittings is of the highest standard. One star is lost because of the poor quality of the installation instructions which would be an easy problem to fix. I understand that it is assumed that the door systems will be installed by skilled tradespeople but while I have good carpentry skills I am not a locksmith and only really figured out the system by examining another example.”

“Good quality doors, delivered in good time. My only criticism is that the assembly instructions were pretty useless. Took two experienced carpenters the best part of a day to fit. The additional cost of £300 made them as expensive as other doors that would have been easier to fit.”
