“The doors arrived damaged, each corner was scratched , was very dissapoined , HOWEVER the lady from the Customer service quickly resolved the problem and sorted a replacement .”

“The doors we ordered are beautiful, and we are delighted with the final result. However, our joiner said they were very difficult to put in. All holes, joints all needed to be manually put into the surround and the instructions weren't great. The joiner is used to doors that come ready to install like a meccano kit. He is a very experienced joiner for the record :)”

“Fits well and nicely installed by my fitter but could be a little more rigid to ensure closure is firmer. Seems to 'sag' a little in the middle hinge when closed but probably just needs a shootbolt installed. Otherwise, very nice doors.”

“The doors look very good when assembled, good quality..they don't have a bottom rail which confused the builders, but they got there in the end, I actually like them without the bottom rail, I feel it gives flexibility when replacing the flooring. Very pleased with the doors and service from Aspire.”

“We purchased the fully finished aspire oak bi-fold doors as a triple door for a knock through project between two rooms. Very pleased with the results, look good and compliment the project. We had a couple of issues. Firstly our Carpenter unfortunately mounted the floor shoot bolt on the wrong door and although they initially closed properly they then started to not close flat. Phoned up and was quickly sent an additional bolt. Really good service. The other issue was the top mounting bolt into the moving runner seemed to undo itself and drop out. Ended up using a drop of loctite which so far has resolved the issue although we have not been folding them back and forth much recently”
