I ordered a second set of bi-fold oak doors and I received them promptly as advised. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the frame. I was very impressed with the customer services response when I reported it to them. The issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. This customer services response is in complete contrast to some recent experiences I’ve had with other company’s customer services, including ones from well known retailers. Well done, I’d certainly recommend this company based on my experience.
