“Doors arrived with care. Compliments the room tremendously, will put another handle on the door to protect the door from finger prints when opening the doors wide. We'll pleased and good price for it, just bought the colving to compliment the opening. Good buy”

“We decided to have a 2.4m set of unfinished French doors as a new porched entrance, which then required a return wall. Aspire were happy to quote for an extra stand-alone panel which was ideal for this purpose. The doors are solidly constructed and assembled tightly. There was a pack of dowels missing (or perhaps they had been inadvertently thrown away in packaging) but Aspire sent us a replacement very quickly at no cost. The installation was done by our carpenter, who stated he would certainly recommend them.”

“We LOVE our new doors. Delivery was quick and easy and they look really effective. Customer service has been great when asking questions they were very responsive. The only thing limiting the 5 stars is that some parts came slightly warped and there has been a few imperfections that the carpenter had to work around such as the small bend in the parts this hasn’t really effected the overall visual of the doors as you can see from the photos. They are very smooth, Overall very happy with the product.”

“Looks great on our holiday barn. Easy to install, works perfectly. Had a few issues with the strips between doors popping out. Mostly cured by bedding in with silicon.”

“We really like the doors, however, they don't fold back as flat as they could due to door handle, perhaps another option could be offered. Also, when folding back, due to door handle, the door iteself which is being folded back on gets marked by the handle. Finally, there is some differentiation from the picture of the doors online, as it shows the doors folding back onto the architrave, this is not possible as the architrave creates a wedge between the door and the wall so it can't fold back flat. In short, the doors are nice but they don't fold back flat as show in the imagery online.”

Hi Ceri, Thank you for taking the time to write your review! We're really glad that you like the doors, but we are of course sorry to hear about the sticking points you mentioned. Page 6 of the installation instructions informs your installer how to install the doors and frame to factor in architrave if it's being used. If this step hasn't been taken into account, then it will result in the "wedge" that you are unfortunately experiencing. When architrave is being used, the frame has to be positioned slightly further forward to allow the doors to fold 180 degrees around it, and sit back flat against the return wall. “I have bought 4 door internal by folding doors, When the carpenters came to fit it they identified the hinges were very poor quality and fixing screws were very close to the edge of doors. This hinges will not hold the doors for a long time, so I had to go to the kitchen supplier to find the quality hinges, moreover singe hinge doors also started to give away, the doors are touching each other when we close it. It’s hinges starts to become very loose in two weeks of fitting it. It a cheep product I would not recommend any one to buy this by folding doors for Aspire company.”

The hardware supplied with your set is produced by one of the industry's leading manufacturers, and capable of carrying doors substantially heavier than the particular ones you ordered. Discarding the included hardware and replacing it with kitchen hinges is no doubt the cause of the operational issues you are facing. If you can please contact us when convenient for you then we can advise on how to resolve the problem, which will involve removing the kitchen hinges and installing the intended hardware. This is the 4th door I have ordered through them and certainly will order again”

“Ordered 4 panel doors in white, Took 2 days for 2 fitters to install due to the alignment issues with side panels. Had to add additional framing + Top Foam to hold the weight of doors + Holes in tiled floor for side panels. Was it worth in the end? Absolutely not when the doors were hanging in the air with delicate magnet hinges and magnet door lock! I always worried that 1 day these magnet hinges holding the doors from the top frame will come off. One of the door panel almost crushed my little boy as the door fell on him, luckily I had Sofas close by so the door fell onto the sofa. only 1 panel is broken with 2-3 broken tiles. I'm just glad that door didn't fall on my child. Lost £600 on doors + 2days Labour cost + Add on items + damaged flooring”
