“I have bought 4 door internal by folding doors, When the carpenters came to fit it they identified the hinges were very poor quality and fixing screws were very close to the edge of doors. This hinges will not hold the doors for a long time, so I had to go to the kitchen supplier to find the quality hinges, moreover singe hinge doors also started to give away, the doors are touching each other when we close it. It’s hinges starts to become very loose in two weeks of fitting it. It a cheep product I would not recommend any one to buy this by folding doors for Aspire company.”

The hardware supplied with your set is produced by one of the industry's leading manufacturers, and capable of carrying doors substantially heavier than the particular ones you ordered. Discarding the included hardware and replacing it with kitchen hinges is no doubt the cause of the operational issues you are facing. If you can please contact us when convenient for you then we can advise on how to resolve the problem, which will involve removing the kitchen hinges and installing the intended hardware. “Excellent company for the product, door exactly as described, pre-delivery very helpful, delivery and instructions for installation top quality, I had a few queries during installation but this was sorted immediately. This is the 4th door I have ordered through them and certainly will order again”

“Ordered 4 panel doors in white, Took 2 days for 2 fitters to install due to the alignment issues with side panels. Had to add additional framing + Top Foam to hold the weight of doors + Holes in tiled floor for side panels. Was it worth in the end? Absolutely not when the doors were hanging in the air with delicate magnet hinges and magnet door lock! I always worried that 1 day these magnet hinges holding the doors from the top frame will come off. One of the door panel almost crushed my little boy as the door fell on him, luckily I had Sofas close by so the door fell onto the sofa. only 1 panel is broken with 2-3 broken tiles. I'm just glad that door didn't fall on my child. Lost £600 on doors + 2days Labour cost + Add on items + damaged flooring”

“The doors themselves with the fixings are very good quality, smooth run on the runner, so for that I would say they are 5*. The main gripe I would say would be the the instruction manual isn’t very clear & could do with updating.”

“Quick delivery (and they said they were in stock and WERE). Delivery (Simpsons, Hi Andy) was superb, big kudos to the hard-working delivery drivers out there. Instructions were OK, but I'd suggest NOT fitting the non-hinge jamb if possible so you can get the gap perfect (maybe that's because I got bigger stainless hines, not the ones they supplied - looked a bit weedy). But overall very pleased - took a day to install (and another as spouse wanted them lower!). But up and running - well, maybe not running but you get the drift....”

“Not yet been installed but doors look good quality and delivery guy was super friendly and helpful as the doors were much heavier than I anticipated! Would be good if they offered a grey primed door for those wanting to go a darker colour!”

“The doors are fantastic quality for an excellent price. We ordered them around mid-day on a Wednesday and they were delivered the next day. The fitting was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. The fact that the frame is oak veneer is a nice touch too. The only minor gripe I have is that the handle hinge stops the doors closing completely flush, which is a bit annoying.”

“I ordered the 3 bifold internal doors, they look great except you need a carpenter to install as no markings and comes as a kit, the instructions are not clear and definitely glueing the top strip to hold the heavy doors dropped and had to be redone.”
