“Ordering and delivery were easy and accurate, unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect however i called customer service and they had a replacement item delivered within 3 hours. That's excellent service.”

“Very pleased that Aspire could arrange delivery to suit my needs. One door arrived damaged, by delivery company, but by phoning Aspires parent company a replacement was supplied same day coming from Essex to Hampshire south coast. Excellent service. I would have liked doors to have had regular set in hinges rather than skeleton type screwed to surface, they tend to make the doors look cheap rather than professional hence 4 not 5 stars”

“Door leaves were fine ironmongery was questionable. Hinges weak Stop latch rounded edge was out of shape and unusable Door frame was veneered oak when door was white primed was extra effort to paint”

“Terrible. The doors I ordered which said were in stock on their website were not. No one contacted me to say they didn't have them. Even after I emailed them asking. Called them and asked what was going on. Asked for a refund. Which I still haven't had nearly a week later. They owe me nearly £2000.00 and still haven't paid me back! No communication and no care or attention. Just another faceless online company who clearly do not even stock their own doors.”

“Excellent product have used them before unfortunately on this occasion the hinge markings on the doors wear not present so made it a little bit difficult but the doors themselves are lovely just took a little longer to install”

“Doors ordered Monday, arrived Saturday. We knew the size ordered wouldn’t fit the space but our fantastic joiner fitted them and constructed a matching fanlight to fill up the space. It looks amazing. He did however comment that there was only half a set of instructions so he had to work a lot of it out for himself. Very pleased with the product”
