“My only critique on the doors (4 panel glass internal) is the bottom rail should be bigger than the top. The top rail and styles are 90mm/100mm the bottom rail should be 170 or 200. If anything needs to be trimmed you’re snookered”

“I chose the doors as I wanted to avoid the finger jointed look that some joiners use to build with. I was disappointed to see the frame was all made up of smaller pieces, that were not veneered. Needless to say my customer noticed, and they weren't happy. Could you please use better screws also, there are inevitable tinkering that are required and would be nice to have a screw that doesn't dissolve at the sight of a screwdriver.”

“Nice door but sadly, despite the fitting instructions being followed by a competent contractor, we were left with gaps between all sides of the door and frame. Contacted customer services but never got a response.”

“These Bifold doors are of really good quality and I'm very happy with the way they look. Delivery was quick and service great, my only points to note after fitting is that they come with a standard oversized frame in oak regardless of the size or colour of the door. As my door is white I am struggling to paint inside the frame now it is fitted, and obviously to paint once cut to size would have made the job take longer and cost more. Also the free handles offered are lovely but not suitable for bifolds as it means the doors wouldn't fold back properly. The handles needed to be either recessed or much smaller to ensure the benefits of folding the door back neatly aren't lost.”
