“So far not so good. Was suppose to be having our Black Heritage French doors delivered today but have just received a phone call advising somthing isn’t ready with the doors and they only deliver on Monday but next Monday is a bank holiday so have to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. I have booked the day off work today and organised builders to my house today to fit the doors and this is stopping the job from proceeding. I’m waiting on a call back off the aspire team so I’m hoping this gets resolved quickly.”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and for submitting your photo. We're really glad to hear you're happy with how your doors look. From your photo, it appears that your joiner hasn't used the framework supplied with the door set, which is why you have the gaps at the top. There are cover fascias supplied with the set as part of the frame pack that cover the track from both sides and close up the gaps, and unfortunately these haven't been fitted. The shootbolts themselves also aren't the ones supplied with your product, so it seems like other items have been used on site instead of the ones provided. If you'd like to get in touch then we can advise on how to resolve the issue with the missing cover fascias. All the best, The Aspire team

“Some doors were not in stock at the time of order, so placed a preorder. Had to chase endlessly to get any kind of follow up on delivery and information. By the time the preordered doors were available the ones in stock had been sold. Got a refund. Will not be using again.”

As the arrival date from the supplier of the pre-ordered stock was pushed back beyond a date that was workable for you, we refunded your order as soon as it was confirmed you wished to cancel. “Bought these doors to have a little bit of separation from dining to living room. Decided to bite the bullet and fit ourselves rather then getting a professional in. We have a decent amount of DIY skills so attempted to fit them. Had to improvise and build a frame as we had higher ceiling. Wasn't too difficult, but instructions were little bit confusing but then I guess its for professional joiners not the average DIYer. Overall cant complain. Looks beautiful and feels good quality. Would recommend as worth the price.”

“The product is fine and arrived at the correct address. I was aware that delivery was a two man job but had been told that I would get advanced notice of the delivery. There was literally advance notice of the evening before so as I live alone on a farm in the countryside this presented a problem. Both my son and son in law, and all friends work so need a couple of days to arrange help. The poor driver who arrived had to manage with limited help from me as I am 71 and not really up to heavy lifting.”

“bought frosted glass mexicano oak door for a customer, looking at the cost of it i thought the quality would be top, but i was wrong, the frosted glass looks cheap, think its just a film, the beading around the glass is raised and makes cutting with a plunge saw difficult, the beading is also not oak, just a pine which is stained which doesnt match at all, and also the lipping either side of the door i dont think is oak either, felt quite bad for the customer actually , after she paid all this money . dont buy these doors. far better quality doors elsewhwere for the same price, probably cheaper. some of there doors may be ok but this one definatly was not”
