“The doors are excellent, the only thing is we ordered the white doors and assumed a white frame however oak came with them but we used them as it looks nice. We ordered a second bolt just to secure the door as it wobbled a bit when opening the single door when closed.”

“Fitted a 3 door internal bifold for a customer recently. Easy to fit and looks brilliant. Although if installing over anything but carpet, take about an inch off the frame legs as the measurements they provide gave a bit too much of a gap underneath the doors it was a struggle to get the shoot bolt to work. Also a longer bolt which the doors hang off would be helpful as trying to drop the doors down and get rid of the inch gap the bolts aren't long enough to screw all the way into the runners. Apart from that for the price they are perfect! Very fast delivery also!”

“Disappointed. Delivery arrived evening of 23rd November. It was only on opening the package of the frame and starting to build that we realised 2 pieces were missing. I have sent and email and multiple voicemails but I am yet to have a response. I would appreciate it if some one could get back to me as a matter of urgency!”

“the doors and furniture that come with it are good quality and we're happy with them. there is a small gap between the doors when closed which could do with some sort of brush strip to help soundproofing. the door handle on the inside also prevents the doors folding back flush, so could do with a flat knob instead of handle.”

“The doors look fab however ,the glass is a bit flimsy feel. I bought the top end of the doors so would expect that all the fittings were sent through. There is a missing top panel so there is a gap on one side between the top end of the door and ceiling.”

Hi Deepak, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we're sorry to hear of your concerns. The glass in your internal bifolds is single glazing, as with all internal doors. Single glazing will not feel as solid as double glazing in external doors, as it's just one sheet of glass as opposed to a double glazed unit with two panes and a spacer bar. I'm glad to say that there aren't any fittings or a top panel missing from your set; the gap above the top of the frame is where your fitter has packed out the opening but then not filled the space. This process is normally know as "making good", and involves filling the gaps necessary to pack around a new door frame. This isn't due to a missing part of the product. “Very reasonably priced. Delivery was within thr quoted timescale and the delivery driver kept me up to date. The doors, frame and hardware was all very carefully packed and looked after during transport. The infinity clear primed bifold doors are absolutely stunning, love them and very glad I purchased”
