“I ordered two plants online and received them in good condition and well-packed. I was initially surprised because I was expecting the flowers to be of a different color so I contacted the customer to enquire about it. Very kindly they offered a refund or to send me another plant that matched my expectations.”

“Purchased 5 afternoon tea vouchers online, unfortunatly due to a problem with the postage rate paid by Ashwood the post office refused to deliver the envelope and only let me know that postage was outstanding the day before we were due to visit. However a quick call to the online purchase dept resulted in the vouchers being re-issued and left for collection at the gift shop tills, great service and a excellent day out.”

“Plants were of excellent quality and one had even flowers. Packed very well and the shipping service was also quick and well communicated. Only one minus was that they arrived well before Mothers' Day and I had put in a special instruction......but only minor.”

“The hellebores were mature and well packed,alas even this did not prevent one flower stalk breakage. The main problem was removing them from their pots! They look marvellous now and worth the investment.I hope to enjoy them for many years to come”

“Very well packed plants - almost too well since it was difficult to get them out. They had been firmly secured to avoid damage. Half the plants I received were very good, but two or three were rather smaller than I had expected. Good quality plants but rather small nonetheless.”

“The item I was sent was a lovely piece of Moorcroft china I had been looking for for some time. It arrived swiftly and luckily it arrived intact but I was worried when I took delivery of the parcel that I could feel the vase moving within its internal box as I handled the parcel. Though carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, there were not enough internal wrappings to hold the vase wedged in its Moorcroft box. The packing around that box was good and, as I said no damage done, but things might have been very different.”

“I ordered 4 hellebore plants, they arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful. One of them is not quite true to the image as it is a lot darker in real life, but as it's lovely anyway I don't really mind. My only slight beef is that I never got an email confirming receipt of my order and proposed shipping date, which would have been helpful. Overall very pleased”
