“Pleased to find the Ribes variety that I was looking for but did have to go on a wait list. Able to purchase after a few weeks wait. Plant arrived well packaged,healthy and undamaged Slightly disappointed with the size expected a little more in a 3 litre pot.”

“I ordered gift tokens for friends who live locally to Ashwoods. My only grouse - and it's the same as the last time I ordered these - is that you only supply one card. The £20 of vouchers were to give to two different people but your website says only one card will be supplied.”

“I ordered a plant online for a friends special birthday. Ashowood nursery were very efficient and dispatched the item next day. However, we encountered many challenges with the currier company they used. The parcel was not delivered on stated date and the link in the currier email to redirect parcel was not effective. We spent many ours in phone calls and waiting around before parcel was finally delivered the next day. Ashwood Nursery were were very efficient and supportive throughout.”

“Excellent plants. Very prompt delivery. But no notice given for delivery and no allowance for where plants could be left so they were delivered to my neighbour inspite of my being at home at the time but nobdoy came to the house. All was well in the end as neighbour honestly delivered the plants.”

“I bought four ‘Our Choice’ hellebores, they arrived very quickly and beautifully packed. The only disappointment is that no further information about the plants was provided, for instance what type and colour of flowers we might expect.”

“Bought a Salvia Nachtlinder from Ashwood. Despatched quickly but slightly damaged in transit (shoots snapped/bent). However, it's potted up and appears to be making a good recovery!”

“Although the website had all I needed it was very tiny wording and it was hard work keep zooming in on everything I wanted to see. On saying that the plants arrived in beautiful condition and packed very well has to course no damage in transit. Bravo to the packer.”
