“I have not as yet examined the porcelain items I ordered.I have removed the outer packaging and bubble wrap but they are packaged so well I'm not expecting any problems when my wife opens them on her birthday”

“all 6 Roses were top quality. packaging was a bit damaged and unfortunately no note left through my door they had been delivered so it was 24 wet cardboard hours later before I discovered them around the side of the house. that said, they have flourished in the garden and I look forward to a blooming summer ahead.”

“The website is very easy to use, fantastic variety available, delivery was astonishingly fast and everything was very well packaged to prevent damage. My only complaint is that the picture online for the camellia x wiliamsii 'Brigadoon' didn't match the plant that arrived. While I do like the plant I received, it's not as advertised (and although now out of stock, the incorrect photo is still there after I flagged it up to the online shop team).”
