“The item I was sent was a lovely piece of Moorcroft china I had been looking for for some time. It arrived swiftly and luckily it arrived intact but I was worried when I took delivery of the parcel that I could feel the vase moving within its internal box as I handled the parcel. Though carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, there were not enough internal wrappings to hold the vase wedged in its Moorcroft box. The packing around that box was good and, as I said no damage done, but things might have been very different.”

“I ordered 4 hellebore plants, they arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful. One of them is not quite true to the image as it is a lot darker in real life, but as it's lovely anyway I don't really mind. My only slight beef is that I never got an email confirming receipt of my order and proposed shipping date, which would have been helpful. Overall very pleased”

“I have not as yet examined the porcelain items I ordered.I have removed the outer packaging and bubble wrap but they are packaged so well I'm not expecting any problems when my wife opens them on her birthday”

“all 6 Roses were top quality. packaging was a bit damaged and unfortunately no note left through my door they had been delivered so it was 24 wet cardboard hours later before I discovered them around the side of the house. that said, they have flourished in the garden and I look forward to a blooming summer ahead.”
