“Website very straight forward to use with a lovely variety of plants etc. So very pleased with my order, extremely healthy plant and packaged so well. My only issue would have been the delivery, i had a text from courier saying time of delivery, then another to say running late, then nothing. It was delivered the following day”

“Easy to order and plants sent very quickly. The courier making the delivery however, was not very good at all. Their tracking system didn't work, they sent me e-mails telling me the driver was going to be late when in fact my parcel had already been delivered. They topped this off by sending me an e-mail saying "sorry we missed you" when I already had my parcel. Ashwood Nurseries is fine - but they could do with using a different courier.”

“The plants were beautifully packed and arrived promptly. However this is the second order of hellebores and they didn't have any flowers on and were in a smaller pot from the first order 4 weeks previously. However they were quite pricey.”
