“I bought two pieces of Swarovski Crystal - one was full price and the other was half price so I saved £99!! That was absolutely fantastic. Communication was good and both items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I have bought in-store from Burns and the on-line experience was just as good. I will definitely be buying from them again!!!!”

“I ordered a swarovski charm over the internet which was very clear and straight forward paid by paypal and was very easy. It arrived quickly and well packed however the colour was not at all how it was pictured. I emailed about returns procedure and was messaged back the very next morning with apologies and how to return it. I send it back today and await my refund when it has arrived, If all goes smoothly I would definitely buy from Burns again and recommend them to my friends and clients at work.”

“Ordered earrings on 30 th August for a Christmas present after several phone calls I was told on Monday 24th November that they could not guarantee a Christmas delevery so would get my deposit back , ordered online from a different company and received earrings wednesday 26th , very disappointed with them”

“I use Burns every year for Swarosvki Christmas stars and they have always been very good, Rating would have been very good as well this year but I had a problem ordering on line. This was resolved very easily by telephone but because I live in Spain at quite a cost. Will still use them next year.”
