“I ordered the wrong item by mistake and the lady I spoke to when I phoned up couldn't of been more helpful it was bought for my daughter as a Christmas present she told me to see if she wanted it well she didn't as what I thought what I ordered was a charm but what I actually ordered was a pendant so it was to big, I sent it back and got an email to say it had been received and I had been credited with the amount, I would order again and would recommend anybody to order off this site very happy with my service”

“A very stressful and alarming online service. After ordering and paying for a watch I was then told 2 days later it had been sold in store. I was then offered alternatives that were both more expensive and nothing like what I had purchased. It then took a further 2 weeks before I got my money returned after countless emails and phone calls. Needless to say, be very wary of their online service.”

“I checked the on-line site to make my purchase but as it was so close to Christmas I wanted to make sure the item would be delivered on time; I live in the Isle of Man and we sometimes find that retailers do not always deliver to the island and so I telephoned the store direct. I spoke to a very helpful lady who went out off her way to make sure the item was in stock and that there would be no problem delivering to the island. My order was accepted (Wednesday) and I was informed that the item would be with me by Friday, I was amazed when indeed it was delivered on the Friday. This was an excellent service and a very helpful Company I would definitely have no hesitation in buying from them again.”
