“Very fast shipping and well packaged. Item / ring was really nice but sadly looked to small on hand. This ring would look lovely on a finer smaller hand. Its quite delicate. It would be better if the display of the item could be seen on a models hand before buying to give a sense of size as picture can be misleading.”

“My experience with Burns is one of the best of online shopping to date. I emailed Customer Services and had a reply back with in half an hour. I had 2 problems and Sharon fixed them incredibly fast. She was very pleasant, understanding and helpful. I ordered my Nomination Links and received them the very next day. Needless to say I was very impressed with the service overall and cannot recommend enough.”

“I needed to purchase a specific Swarovski bracelet and had just 72 hrs to do it so after a fair amount of internet searching I found Burns Jewellers which said they had the product in stock. I ordered and within 72 hours I had received it! Wow great service. Their website was easy to navigate and purchasing was simple with the options to buy via credit/debit cards plus paypal. All in all great service, thank you Burns and yes I will be shopping again and soon.”
