“I finally got a swarovski bracelet I had been searching everywhere for! Swarovski had discontinued the bracelet and I couldn't find my size in any other branch or jewellers. I eventually found it at burns! I rang up to speak to customer services as I was slightly jubiois as it clearly couldn't be found anywhere else. The man who helped me was soo lovely and helpful!! He found out there was one left in all of there stores and rang this store for me to check it hadn't been sold and would put it to one side for me, he kindly rang me back and watched my order go through online. I am so grateful and happy to finally have this beautiful bracelet!! Thankyou :)”

“phoned burns to see if item in stock as been let down by someone else saying it was in stock but was not the lady was very helpful and polite they had it in stock so I ordered it with them the lady told me I would have item by 1pm Tuesday as might not get sent out until Monday but item came Saturday morning only ordered it Friday afternoon great service”
