“Excellent service, product delivered quickly and in perfect condition”

“phoned burns to see if item in stock as been let down by someone else saying it was in stock but was not the lady was very helpful and polite they had it in stock so I ordered it with them the lady told me I would have item by 1pm Tuesday as might not get sent out until Monday but item came Saturday morning only ordered it Friday afternoon great service”

“Excellent company. I Ordered a nomination charm from Burns after I had been badly let down by another company, who failed to deliver the goods and whose communication was poor. Burns dispatched the charm immediately and even though I opted for standard delivery It was delivered to me in less than 24 hours. When I need jewellery online, I will definitely come back to Burns again. Quick, efficient service and the product that I wanted!”

“I ordered the wrong item by mistake and the lady I spoke to when I phoned up couldn't of been more helpful it was bought for my daughter as a Christmas present she told me to see if she wanted it well she didn't as what I thought what I ordered was a charm but what I actually ordered was a pendant so it was to big, I sent it back and got an email to say it had been received and I had been credited with the amount, I would order again and would recommend anybody to order off this site very happy with my service”
