“I found Burns Jewellers whilst surfing the web looking for a Swarovski Dragonfly brooch which was not available on the Swarovski site! I needed to know without delay whether Burns Jewellers had the item in stock therefore I telephoned them rather than using the internet site. The service was excellent and immediate. In response to my call the lady said she would call back in five minutes to confirm the item was in stock and available for immediate despatch. I received a call back in about three minutes, placed my order and received the goods two days later. Brilliant service. Thank you Burns Jewellers.”

“Ran comparisons for a month looking for a Citizen Perpetual watch and never found anyone cheaper,did find some cheaper second hand imports 0n a well known auction site but some accompanied by customer complaints regarding authenticity. Burns Jewellers had clear offers, free postage, five year warranty and a quick delivery. Great watch, easy strap sizing and no more fiddling with dates at the end of some months. Would certanly use Burns again”

“Delivery was quick and free but I searched through Google for the exact item and size and ended up with the wrong size. I am disappointed with this as the item is now out of stock and when I called to query the situation I was told that I entered the size incorrectly and would need to return the item at my cost. Maybe it would be useful for the website to have a drop down menu with sizes so this doesn't occur again.”

“It looks like you will be receiving the watch back as it is not Waterproof. the watch is for a Triathlon and there is conflicting information contained within the instructions saying it is WATER RESISTANT to a depth of 100 Meters - that doesn't make sense what does that mean ?”
