“Quick delivery. Slight hiccup with one item from set not actually being in stock after ordering online although showing as so at time of order. 'Burns' very quick to notify of error, advise of another stockist and refund for out of stock item. Good communication throughout. Would use again.”

“The jewellery was true to its picture and was definitely worth the amount spent. The packaging was also very nice. The delivery time was not too and it was a smooth process.”

“I ordered items on 27th December, but didn't receive an email saying item was out of stock, but because it was over the holiday period I can let this go. Speaking to someone on the phone she was very pleasant and apologised for the error”

“Lovely charm and great value for money but please ensure the item the customer is purchasing is exactly as pictured - the differences in clasps does matter, otherwise very happy with with the product.”

“My purchase of a necklace and earrings from the website was quite easy, but the description of the items could have been more detailed. The items I purchased was as described and arrived sooner than expected which was good, unfortunately the packaging had been damaged and the box to the earrings was scuffed a great deal but the earring's were ok which is the main thing. Overall experience Good.”
