“Delivery was quick and free but I searched through Google for the exact item and size and ended up with the wrong size. I am disappointed with this as the item is now out of stock and when I called to query the situation I was told that I entered the size incorrectly and would need to return the item at my cost. Maybe it would be useful for the website to have a drop down menu with sizes so this doesn't occur again.”

“Overjoyed with Burns Jewellers. Great prices and on-line service. Ordered item on Wednesdsay and had it securely delivered by Friday so couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them and will be using them again soon. Many thanks to all at Burns!”

“It looks like you will be receiving the watch back as it is not Waterproof. the watch is for a Triathlon and there is conflicting information contained within the instructions saying it is WATER RESISTANT to a depth of 100 Meters - that doesn't make sense what does that mean ?”

“I've been looking everywhere for the swarovski phone case and when I found it on your sight, reduced, I was over the moon. Sceptical because I had not heard of you, I placed the order. Communication was excellent from that point on and my phone case arrived on time and was perfect. Delighted and will defo recommend to my friends.”

“What a lovely and helpful 2 members of staff you have at your pilgrim outlet store @ Ellesmere Port you have, I visited at 4 00 this afternoon 9 6 2014. I was looking for a 60th Birthday present they got a selection of earrings out for me to view and showed me matching necklaces that would match. They where so helpful I will be recommending a visit to this store as I work at a local surgery Thanks again girls Sue J”

“I bought a pair of swarovski earrings that were £109 in the swarovski shop for half price. Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Would recommend Burns Jewellers for quality, value and excellent speedy service!!!”
