“I've been looking everywhere for the swarovski phone case and when I found it on your sight, reduced, I was over the moon. Sceptical because I had not heard of you, I placed the order. Communication was excellent from that point on and my phone case arrived on time and was perfect. Delighted and will defo recommend to my friends.”

“What a lovely and helpful 2 members of staff you have at your pilgrim outlet store @ Ellesmere Port you have, I visited at 4 00 this afternoon 9 6 2014. I was looking for a 60th Birthday present they got a selection of earrings out for me to view and showed me matching necklaces that would match. They where so helpful I will be recommending a visit to this store as I work at a local surgery Thanks again girls Sue J”

“In one word, fantastic. Hadn't heard of Burns so was a little sceptical before ordering, not any more. Checked they were an official supplier then gave them a call and spoke to a lady called Carol who was a superb example of everything good in Customer Service. Order placed, watch arrived before 1pm next day, as promised. Will have no qualms using Burns in the future and will happily recommend them to others.”
