Crisps delivered were out of date. That was not made clear when viewing the item. Not good

Packaging could be improved, a bottle in my delivery was broken and had spilled all over the contents meaning all items had to be cleaned before use. Although I was refunded for the broken item there was no compensation for having to clean up the mess Description of product could also be improved, Particularly if packaging of non food items has been repaired with cellophane tape

Two years ago I was raving about how good AF was. Unfortunately, not so good this past 6-12 months. Had to get refunds on many items that are missed in my orders. This is especially frustrating when you've built your order around a specific item/bargain, and it doesn't arrive. Huge amount of toiletry products on here now, fewer food items. Not always easy to navigate the search to filter out the toiletries. I use this site much less than before.

Approved food, I cannot fault them, they delivered everything that I ordered. My problem is the delivery, that was a problem, I received an email to say that delivery would be made at a time on the day. I was not going to be at home, therefore I had a choice to change the day of delivery, which I did. I have a ring doorbell and I noted that the delivery was being left by the back gate, this is not acceptable, as the delivery could have been stolen and not acceptable. I spoke to the driver via ring and asked for it to be delivered the next day as per instructions. I was told that the delivery had been logged as delivered, which again is unacceptable. I managed to get him to leave it with a neighbour. There should be an option of delivery dates at the time of order rather than just be left to the logistic company. The logistics company should not offer alternatives if they cannot follow those instructions.

Some great bargains to be had , customer service is good but the business is seriously let down by the couriers they use for my location

No invoice was inside. When I check the items, I use the invoice which usually I get in one of the boxes

Very hit and miss, sometimes the lucky dip boxes are excellent value but Iv had a box fully of junky bits like squashed, out of date inedible sweets. Delivery company are terrible, was out for delivery on three consecutive days, so I waited in on each day, eventually it did arrive but bix was open and sone if the contents battered!

First delivery - £1 box had a large selection of goods, not all the things people may want, but if unwanted offered for free on Olio then nothing wasted. Pet treats are good value. Web site is not the easiest or most user-friendly, hence only 3 stars. I will try Approved again when I have the time to negotiate its website.

Most products fine but a couple missing items and wildes crackers badly crushed I did report this to you but you wanted pictures and I had already thrown them away as you didn’t get back to me for 5 days

Usually would give more stars but due to bad packaging a couple of jars were smashed and sauce spilled out on other products.

It doesn’t quite look like it says on the thin, because your delivery took a week to get to me. Apart from that, the out of date items were fine. Maybe you should get a better courier?

A quirky website (which could do with a lot of work) with a lot of strange items on sale. Mostly sweet things or makeup from companies I have never heard of. Some selections come up empty all the time so you can't rely on them. Alternatively for the things I do want the discounts are really good but it does take a long time to find things. Always hoping for a bargain of course.

The delivery was quite fast despite the status not changing for 2 weeks. We got quite a lot for what we spent, but the lucky dip drinks for £1 should not be sold to anyone. We had a Ribena that had gone black and fizzy so it looked like cola, so we ended up binning the Yahoo milkshake as we didn't like the thought of drinking it 2 years out of date. The food was fine though so it was still definitely worth it.

First time ordering... yeah I was happy with what I got although some chocolate was white when it arrived as it was out of date... the rest was OK...wont put me off buying again though

Both good and bad. Food is ok some deals are amazing but others no better then the shops whos stuff is not out of date. Website is not great to navigate when checking an order. Dont even try to contact with an issue. Like pulling teeth. Last order i had a leaking can it was everywhere. All over other products but no replys from them. On a whole its just ok.

Prices are nowhere near as competitive as they used to be, and the existence of places like Rogers brings this into stark reality. Also, the packaging was, as usual, really shoddy and the parcel was literally dumped in my outdoor wood shed.

I'm not sure what to think at the moment. I placed my first order at the beginning of last week and received a box earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately, inside was obviously someone else's order. I rang straight away and left a message and the next day had an email apologising and promising to arrange collection from me and to send my items. That was Friday and since then silence. Not what I expected!
