“Always good but recently been advertising one price and charging another. No response from Customer service. It's not huge, approx £3.75 over the whole order but really not good.”

“Have to be careful that you don't get carried away as some products are not a great saving, crisps are a risk as we have had some very soggy packs. Check product size as I have made mistakes with some arriving tiny. Overall OK.”

“Approved Foods used to be really good, but I think the quality of the food has gone down. Last lot of chocolate I bought had "bloomed" and was stale to taste. The Lucky Dip was a big disappointment. I wont buy chocolate products from them again but stick to tins, jars and packets.”

“Quick delivery & well packed. Items are as described but you need to be really careful when selecting as some of the packs are small and thus not such great value. I use the company occasionally as there are some interesting foods that you don't see on the usual shelves but its more of a novelty shop than a grocery store run.”

“I wasdisappointed that there was no packaging in the box to protect the food. A dented tin of apricots had fallen onto a Christmas pudding and broken the seal. I complained by email but got no response.”

“I have always been satisfied with my orders however I have started to get missing items which is no big deal as price is cheap but the Lilys kitchen dog food I ordered was open package so was not happy as paid full price. I am going to wait and try elsewhere for my next orders”

“Overall not a bad delivery . Well packed , unfortunately the milk chocolates were all heavily white bloomed and the jelly babies were very small and very dark coloured . I think I will be more cautious if I purchase in future”

“When you email me twice a day on offers, if something is good, then I have to buy it on the same day,if the email is more than 1 days old ,then I cannot find those items on your website which is frustration, also your website is very difficult to navigate. Also no-one answers your landlines when I ring up,is only email address which I don't like this procedure.”

“The idea is good however there are lots of products on the site bulking out the cheaper past their bb ones, it can a be hard to make a full order as products cone and go before you have enough. My main complaint is that having been sent an order with a missing item, unwrapped unhygienic item and a lucky box that was a but if a scam to get rid of old products, this issue has not been rectified and refunded asap.”

“Great for cat food and cleaning products. Pro: Good value. Money saving. Well known products. Con: can't choose a delivery slot, Company choose day and give a 2 hour window. Parcel left on doorstep. One bag of crisps was open when it arrived. And lipstick did not have lid. Had to throw away both items.”

“It's great for luxury foods at reduced prices. If you don't mind it being past it's Best Before date. Some are just past it others long past the date. It's a hit and miss.”

“There delivery was very good but as for keeping you upto date very bad also there prices are OK but the quality of the stuff be carefull of the dates as some foods are well past there dates by at least 2 years and that was food not good at all”
