When you email me twice a day on offers, if something is good, then I have to buy it on the same day,if the email is more than 1 days old ,then I cannot find those items on your website which is frustration, also your website is very difficult to navigate. Also no-one answers your landlines when I ring up,is only email address which I don't like this procedure.
