Packaging could be improved, a bottle in my delivery was broken and had spilled all over the contents meaning all items had to be cleaned before use. Although I was refunded for the broken item there was no compensation for having to clean up the mess
Description of product could also be improved, Particularly if packaging of non food items has been repaired with cellophane tape
