“Used to have a vreat choice of products now very little available, plenty of treats for the dog. Sadly and rightly lots of food items are going to food banks, not a lot of basic items over last 4-5 months. Recommend been shopping for a good few yrs now.”

“Approved Food has lots of bargains on-line, as long as you are not bothered by "sell by" dates. My only problem is that, because of their low prices, I have a job to reach their minimum order price or weight limit for one box. The parcels always come well packed with fragile items, eg. jars & bottles, wrapped in bubble wrap so nothing gets broken. My delivery last month was delivered in record time as well. My only grouse with them is that I sometimes get to the checkout stage and some of the things I was able to order as in stock have been removed as out of stock - which is so annoying,”

“I purchase from Approved on average once every month or two months. If there is a good bargain I will buy more. The goods are updated every few days. You have to check if the products are cheaper than buying from supermarkets, as sometime they are not and with delivery this can make it more. There is a great deal of chocolate goods. But cat food can be cheaper, cleaning products and everyday goods. It's good that you can buy large quantities and there can be unsual items. As well as gifts. The site itself can make it long winded to search through everything even though it has categories. This needs improving. Delivery can take longer than the likes of supermarkets and as the delivery charges as based in weight it's cheaper to have larger quantities delivered. Goods are packaged exceptionally well. There has been no goods arriving damaged”

“good service until the order is handed over to the courier that's when it goes wrong. parcel arrived on the doorstep just left it had obviously been dropped as a bottle of beer was smashed, covering almost all contents in sticky wet beer. I had to wash what I could salvage and throw the rest away. customer service has credited me the lost amount. I would have preferred to get a refund rather than a credit.”

“Good variety of products at reduced prices. Many have short date for bbf however all are safe and edible. Just finished a fruit cate, almund and cherry bought for 1p.”

“Good for alcohol and dried goods. Some fizzy drinks are flat if bottled. Stick to cans and dried produce”
