good service until the order is handed over to the courier that's when it goes wrong. parcel arrived on the doorstep just left it had obviously been dropped as a bottle of beer was smashed, covering almost all contents in sticky wet beer. I had to wash what I could salvage and throw the rest away. customer service has credited me the lost amount. I would have preferred to get a refund rather than a credit.
