“Decent selection of goods, my last two orders have been cancelled or arrived broken so I was worried about ordering from them again, but I thought I would give them another change, and this delivery was fine. I don't seem to find the massive bargains with Approved Foods like I used to, but this order was ok on the whole.”

“Food fantastic delivery service very poor dumped my parcel in my mother's kitchen blocking the door would not bring in any further she's 4 and a half foot tall and in her late 70s in poor health he just said no and walked away”

“Really pleased. Easy to order, quick delivery, good value for money. Only issue was I ordered espresso martini popcorn & was sent marmite flavour. Would also be useful to be sent an inventory so you can make sure everything you ordered has arrived as my order was never itemised in my account.”

“My review would have given 5 stars if only what happened to me some very long time back did not stick in my mind, which was to do with receiving good badly packed caused items to be split open and liquid contents spreading over everything, that could have caused food poisoning! Then there commenced a continued battle to get matters sorted. However, after a very large gap of discontinued shopping, I decided to give this supplier another go and on this occasion, everything went smoothly and am so pleased and thank them very much because the packing has been very much improved.”

“the first parcel had a lot more items that I really actually needed but I got rather hooked after that because there are items which are unusual (even if many are treats!!)”

“With a great variety of items ranging in great savings to some 1p savings so have to be clever about it. However all the items were edible/usable, packaged well and delivered quickly. Sweets might be sticky or chocolate bloomed but think this a fab way of saving and stopping waste.”

“Their website is not as cheap as it use to be, and not all bargains are real bargains. But if you find the bargains there are savings to be made. Quick delivery, always kept up to date and products well packed. I particularly love their £1 lucky boxes which are always a bargain and fun. Here is the content of my last one.”

“The products available are very varied and good quality, and when ordered, they arrive promptly, well packaged and in good condition. However, I find going through the website trying to find the few I'm interested in, a very stressful and long-winded operation. Some of the pages have products that bear no relation to the title of the page.”

“Best value if items what you want already., eg dishwasher tablets. Some items poor value as servings not in the description, eg Llyod Grossman sachets, £1 each and serve 1.”

“Good deals, I'd prefer get the money back when an item is not available instead of adding the refund to my Approved food account.”

Regarding the refund, as we use a third party payment processor to process all payments for us, for security reasons, we don't store any financial details in order to provide an automatic refund.
