“Majority of food ordered is still OK to eat but some best before items have to go straight in the bin. When ordering items that show in stock are sometimes refunded to your online account as Approved Food state no stock is available. Would be better to credit back to the payment card used. Can be frustrating.”

“I've used Approved Food for several years. Obviously some offers are not always suitable and some are real bargains If they ever make a mistake it is always rectified I recommend this company”

“Good deals, and the new website makes ordering and searching for items so much easier. I did pay extra for a faster delivery, but it seemed to make no difference whatsoever, so a tad odd, but hey ho.”

“Delivery was reasonable, prices were good, food was out of date (but not spoiled). So long as you expect that the food is beyond the "best by" date, it's quite good. The oldest we saw were protein bars with best buy date in Feb (ordered in July)”

“Great prices, but quite battered individual item packaging. My order was cosmetics, which I found to be quite old stock, but for price and the fact that they are sealed products I shouldn't think this will be detrimental.”

“It’s ok. Not too sure if I got what I order. I received a hodge podge of Cantu Shea Butter Curling Cream 340g, cantu leave in conditioner repair cream 453g and cantu coconut curling cream 340g. I can’t even remember what I ordered”

“Great prices most of the time. Some not so cheap but you just have to check some against other sites before purchasing. Have had some really good bargains. Would be good to have a slightly lower minimum order; I would probably order more if this was the case as I just don't always want £25 worth of items. Glad out of date items not wasted though, really good idea. Nothing wrong with chocs etc just out of date or boxes bashed. Same goes for beauty items, high end ones for less, can't be bad.”

“This is a great site in helping to eliminating food waste. Order what you want, a lot of stuff has good days on it or isn't really perishable. Have bought lots of chocolate through this site and cannot fault any of it. And great prices.”

“Good company fast delivery only complaint I had a bottle smashed once and the top of a detergent bottle was loose so it leaked over everything luckily only one thing spoiled”
