Bad greenery, damaged flowers. Rip off. I don't think the serving lillies will even open far too green and young. In this 60 quid rose named bundle there were 3 roses.

Got your Web page from our company CEO PA. The company uses for gifts. We sent a personal gift to a colleague who left us and only flowers were delivered not the most. We were very disappointed she didn't get full gift. I certainly won't use service again.

I live in the US and ordered flowers for my sister's 50th birthday using Appleyard's expedited delivery. I received an email at the eod of the day of delivery that the flowers were not delivered and that they could not guarantee delivery the next day either! I emailed back asking about how they would mitigate the situation and have not heard back from them. Very, very disappointing customer service!! I will not be using them again.

Flowers did not arrive to my friend - very embarrassing. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact customer service and just keep getting looped around the website. Very disappointed.

Complete failure on so many terms. The flowers are a disaster, the bouquet is out of color pattern, and quality and does not look at all as promised. The customer service is almost nonexistent. Never ever will order from them again and won't recommend them to anyone. Avoid.

I placed an order with Appleyard London to get flowers and champagne delivered on the same day to my friend who was celebrating her graduation. The gift was not delivered and I was not updated of the status of my order. No one got in touch with me to let me know about a delay. I got in touch with customer service on the second day and they could not explain what happened. I requested to get the flowers delivered the same evening even though it was one day later. Once again, my order was not delivered and there was no communication from Appleyard London. I requested a refund as the company does not make any effort to try and resolve the issue and explain the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the service as it is very unreliable.

First bouquet was dead within 48 hours. They replaced it and the replacement lasted all of 5 days. Recently bought a “letterbox” arrangement. Half the flowers were dead and all looked pretty battered on arrival. Won’t use Appleyard again.

I recently was sent the summer punch bouquet from a dear friend on the death of my Dad. Unfortunately the flowers did not look that fresh on delivery, never flourished and the blooms never opened. I have been lucky enough to receive many bouquets in my life and this is the first time l was disappointed. I wasn’t going to take it further but having received an advert in my emails from Appleyard l decided l would write a review.

AVOID! This company is without doubt THE worst business that I've ever had the misfortune to deal with! Customer service is shocking, happily takes money but provides zero service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Tried to order a very expensive bouquet for my sons engagement only to be told this was not available and to go to customer services for help . This is non existent and when asked if I needed help the “yes” option ignored my request - Attempted several times with no response No access to actual human interaction - Apalling customer service in fact no customer service whatsoever -And to think I paid to be a privileged member!! I have been a loyal customer but Never Again will I use Appleyard London .

I was sent an orchid as a present yesterday. It had wilted flowers, no new buds, and the soil core was bone dry. It was not rooted and fell out of the pot. I have an identical orchid, four years old, which cost me £6. When you buy an orchid it shoukd be rooted in the growing medium. This is very poor service. The telephone number I eventually found was not recognised. Very unsatisfactory. My daughter is dealing with my complaint.

Joined on subscription and first flowers were great the next 2 were shocking. First set came battered and in pieces so I got a credit to my account, used the £35 credit on a new bouquet and it came a day late, wasn’t what I ordered, in a box through my letterbox and literally was 5 stems worth about £10 at most. Customer service is only a live chat and they don’t really do much. Very disappointed in this service as it was a Christmas present

The quality of the flowers is impeccable, what disappointed me extremely was the fact that they were delivered very late, I chose to have them delivered on the day of the event and I expected them to be delivered by noon, but to my disappointment they were delivered at 20:30 p.m., when the event it was already finish and my surprise was delivered much too late for anyone to appreciate it!

I ordered a bouquet for my mum's birthday, but half of the flowers were already old and dying. It arrived yesterday, and these photos were taken on the same day. I'm very disappointed with the order. They aren't cheap flowers and the quality is not enough. enough.
