“I got word back from the recipient that the flowers arrived beautifully arranged in the box. The only problem was she didn't know who it was from and had to look up my number! I did include a card but apparently it didn't get included in the box. Otherwise the Letterbox Butterscotch was a perfect birthday gift!”

“Beautiful flowers, but your packers forgot to put the card in with them! Luckily for my mother-in-law so I was able to mention the flowers but it's made me a bit nervous to buy more.”

Sorry to hear that. This can happen but it extremely rare. Perhaps the £10 store credit we have just put on your Appleyard account might calm your nerves?

“Couldn't fault the flowers, quality or price, but the delivery section needs to be improved. There is not an option to type your own delivery notes if the drop down options do not fit the criteria. From this the flowers were left in the lobby of the apartment complex when delivered, for over 24 hours until I messaged the recipient to ask if she had received them, when she hadn't, I then asked her to search the lobby. Not what someone who is unwell (hence the Get Well flowers) needs.”

“I always send Appleyard Flowers. On the whole, their bouquets are that bit more original & bespoke looking. Everyone I have ever sent them to has been delighted. On the odd occasion, Appleyard gets it wrong but when they do, they make every effort to put it right. I've ordered for myself occasionally and had some stems die off quicker than expected but customer services has always strived to make amends so you can't safe fairer than that. It would be nice to have more frequent offers and discounts and perhaps a loyalty scheme for regular customers.”
