“Sent sympathy flowers to my sister, didn’t see them but she said they were beautiful.”

“The flowers were for my son and daughter-in-law and I have not seen them myself in real life. They were happy though. From their photo the bouquet seemed not as big as I had anticipated. It was rather expensive for its size.”

“The flowers arrived 2 days late because of Yodel who did not bother to search for the address on Google Maps - for this reason some of the lilies showed black edges. As it was a Saturday I could not contact Appleyard which was disappointing as I then could not do anything about my order. The flowers overall thankfully were lovely. The card that accompanied the flowers was ripped at the bottom, which although is minor did not meet expectations. I am going to contact Appleyard to provide them with feedback and see if these particular issues can be addressed within their company.”

“Lovely plant in lovely presentation box. Bought as a present for my sister who loved. Only small suggestion I would have is to make the card more obvious for the receiver - my sister didnt find the note I sent with the plant. Otherwise, perfect plant and perfect delivery service - many thanks!”

“The flowers are beautiful and fresh , however the box was delivered upside down. The courier did not give me a 2 hour time slot which I paid extra for, as these were supposed to be a surprise”

“Flowers arrived on time with message I had written. I also received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered which was great. Flowers looked lovely (recipient sent me a picture) however would say they were quite expensive for the size of bouquet even with a 15% discount.”
