“Beautiful bunch arrived on the date requested, the receiver was very pleased”

“Beautiful orchid, arrived on time via Yodel in perfect condition in an elegant pot. Tracked it on day of delivery with no problems. If I were to be a perfectionist, I would say that the card that arrived with the flowers could have been of a higher quality. And the care instructions were generic (ie not relevant to the orchid we hard ordered).”

“Good client experience, the only remark is that the flowers arrived without the Happy Birthday note which was written and the recipient didn't know from whom the gift was sent. Apart from that, all was excellent.”

“I thought I ordered the flowers to be delivered on 28th for a funeral but they were received yesterday. I tried to check back on email receipt but didn’t show delivery date. Recipient however is delighted with them”

“Beautiful flowers but they didn’t arrive until 7.40pm which was a shame as it was my mum’s birthday. I realise normal delivery times are a bit warped at the moment so not the end of the world but would have been nicer a bit earlier of course.”
