“The flowers are lovely and the delivery was as promised. The reason that you were given 4 instead of 5 stars is the actual delivery. You asked for a safe location to be specified and in the current times when inter-personal contact must be minimised, I assumed that the safe location would be used whether or not we were at home. However the driver knocked on the door and handed the package over. I appreciate that is down to Yodel but as the client you should be insisting that your packages are left in safe locations.”

“Arrived on time during what must be a very busy period. No flower food was in the box, though, and the water had been leaking from the parcel. Flowers were mostly in bud, and look good. However, I would have been put off if I had known Yodel would be delivering, but I think I was lucky this time!”

“Beautiful arrangement and excellent delivery service.. My only criticism is that all the roses are browning slightly at the edges as if they were not entirely fresh. All the other flowers are excellent. I would use you again - as long as you make sure everything is fresh!”

“Prompt efficient service througout. My daughter loved the plant! Only small minus point was the pot was just a plain white one in reality, as opposed to the beautiful blue one on the site. There was a note on the site to say that the pot may differ, but the one actually received appears to be of a much lesser quality.”

“Flowers were delivered on time and bouquet looked fresh and plentiful. Only thing I found irritating was that depending on how I logged in my discount count would/wouldn't work. Giving me 25% off seemed great until I realised that it only applied when delivery was an additional charge and only saved me £1.70 (on an order over £50).”

“Bought as present recipient happy. Arrived as scheduled. Rather puzzled as purchased letterbox flowers as recipient would likely be out and didn't want them leaving outside. In the event even though std letterbox the delivery was left outside on porch with card through door. Just seemed a bit pointless really and would have selected other flowers in the event this would occur ??”

“Thank you We are from Australia and we lost my Aunty a couple of years ago and we always send flowers to remember her each year! I had placed the order a good 24 hours the day before, but they didn't arrive until 9pm the next day, which was very late, I did expect them to be there at least before 5pm the next day. they were very nice flowers & at the end of the day my family in Warrington were happy.”
