“My friend was very happy with her flowers but the website is terrible. It stored old addresses, got names mixed up (this questionnaire is a great example as sent to the recipient's name not mine!). Generally needs a lot of work!”

“The flowers arrived in good time. The driver took them out of the van with respect. The bouquet was very well presented. The gilded leaves looked beautiful but tragically kept falling off the stems and could not be re-attached. The idea was superb, if only they had stayed on. Perhaps the stems had dried out and the idea fell flat. The rest of the flowers are still going strong.”

“Although a substitute bouquet as the original blooms for my original order it was lovely for my wife as a surprise on Christmas Eve as a thankyou for the support and love she has given me during a difficult 2020. Photo taken a week after 8 days from delivery as lilies now bloomed and the overall bouquet is still going strong.”
