“I made a mistake recently. My son sends me a bouquet at the beginning of each month and I was emailed that my order had been delivered. Nothing had been left for me and so I rang your customer services. The very patient lady reminded me it was a bouquet I had sent to my daughter that had been delivered. My bouquet arrived the next day! I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendly way I was spoken to. Thank you for a whole year of beauty and feeling close to family during this difficult time.”
