“Beautiful flowers would've given 5 but a few roses died within a couple of days - once removed it didn't effect the overall look of the bunch”

“My only disappointment was that there was no on line facility to order the luxury size bouquet that I wanted so I had the medium size. I did feed back to customer services who gave me a very plausible explanation and a credit on my account towards another order. Their customer service was excellent.”
