“The flowers were absolutely beautiful and by far more superior to any of their competitors. The vase I purchased was however quite smaller than it appeared on the advertised picture so I would suggest putting it next to a comparable object.”

“I have had 7 bouquets. The initial one was because I left a company who I hD worked for 21 years. When they arrived they were just about dead as were the next 4 bouquets. Yes you have given me a free gift of chocolates and have given me credits so I can get some more. I woul say that the last bouquet that came yesterday were about the best but highly unlikely to last 7 days.”

“I initially ordered a peonies and roses bouquet and when it came, the peonies’ petals were browning. I immediately reached out to the customer service team and they did not waste any time in rectifying the issue. They sent out another equally beautiful bouquet - not the same because peony season was over - along with a bottle of Prosecco to convey their apologies as I had ordered the flowers for my wedding. From Simon and Dave at customer experience to the delivery men - Thank you to everyone at Appleyard for making sure I received everything on time and also your warm wishes.”
