“I said to deliver on the door step. They left at the downstairs door step. But I was supervising int eh distance the delivery so when I saw that it had been delivered I called my daughter to make sure she did receive it and she found the bouquet downstairs. As she has 2 small children what should I write to make sure they bring it up 1st floor to her? The result of the order is very much looking to what I ordered. Thank you”
