“I’ve had a bad experience trying to order a plant online. I gave up in the end after 5 hours of WhatsApp exchanges with the seller because the website experience was so poor. A catalogue of problems and no phone service available.”

“My parents were over the moon to receive their delivery on Christmas Eve. They loved the presentation of the flowers and the quality of the wine and chocolates. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround from making the order to when it was delivered to them. I will now use Appleyard as my number-one supplier of luxury items I need delivered within the UK. “Happy with purchase! Bought an Orchid for my Mum and it was in lovely condition. Arrived well packaged and protected. Delivery was great. I chose to use them as I was credited £12. I had used them before but I forgot about them! This was a really lovely touch that ensured I went with them. I am happy they offered me this and most importantly my mum was happy. Any further discounts welcome as I buy fly all the time. :))”

“The flowers arrived on 23rd December looking beautiful but one of the roses had already lost a couple of petals as they were loose in the bouquet,now after 4 days it is brown and dead, most of the other roses have brown petals and and 2 are drooping. The lilies and gold foliage are fine. I often receive flowers through the post from other’s companies and have never had roses of such poor quality before.”

“Although my Mum seemed pleased, the plant looked small, and she did need to place in a smaller pot than the one that it arrived in. Lots of buds and happy that she can plant in the garden after Christmas to last a bit longer.”
